Yeah I know I'm two years late in replying but no I never did only because I never found any for sale.
Would really like to get hold of one though.
According to Audi my car came with rear footrests but I have never seen it/them and so they must be referring to the ones that just sit on the floor.
Having said that I'd even go for those if they were available...
