I only had fixed price work done, I don't have the invoice with me but not sure it breaks it down. There were a few bits and bobs such as the rear cupholder on the centre arm rest which didn't open which they fixed free of charge (and identified without my telling them).
I take the point about the soft close
when the guy phoned me to talk everything through, it was on a list of things. He read the error to me and interpreted it as the soft close motor. I told him to my knowledge I didn't have that option, and he said he'd go back to the Service Team. I told him not to worry when he confirmed the error would be detailed on my invoice. Maybe I've got soft close on one door...how rare would that be
