The short answer is yes, but not due to any of those factors, which are negligible drains in comparison to propulsion energy.

However, the range can drop by as much as 20% if you're comparing "best case" (summer temperature, dry, low winds) with "worst case" (cold, wet and windy...) However, the same would be the case with an ICE car - the only difference is the reported data on this in a Tesla is a bit more explicit and detailed.
And AFAIK, Tesla don't do things like heated ventilating massage seats, or rear entertainment - other than watching other cars disappearing in the rear view mirror .
