Funny you should mention that. I had cause to dismantle an S6 the other day and acquired the power steering hoses from it for further investigation. They are actually remarkably similar and could be modified to fit the D2 by extending the solid pipe which runs along the rack. The pressure hose is about £280 but TPS can't tell if its still available without ordering one which implies it may also be NLA. I've asked a friend in Germany to check if it shows as available there, and if so I might have to get one to fiddle with.
