Just checked for the D3 - its 80Nm + 90 degrees for the M12s and 200Nm in the air then 180 degrees on the ground for the hub bolt. Grease the sides of the bearing housing before it goes in to the upright.
Sounds like you're doing it pretty carefully already so I'd be inclined to examine or replace the hub itself this time.
