I put all the rear suspension back together and forgot to take any more pictures, but its much the same as the stuff I already showed.

The front headlight level arm was seized, and the rear wasn't far behind so I made a new pair:



Turned a couple of bushings for the front C-links on the lathe - the links now sit vertically when the car is on the ground, the same as the A4 links did on the FE. This should make the links last much longer



This is the printed repair piece bonded to the scuttle trim





Fits perfectly



That's all the mechanical stuff finished so off for a wheel alignment in the morning, and then on to the last few bits in the interior
