I have this
Titan from Screwfix which has held up amazingly well. It drilled a dozen 25mm holes in the reinforced concrete workshop floor when I put my lift in, knocked a double doorway in a breeze block wall, and drilled many large holes for conduit and cable. Can't argue for £65
