Edit, sorry to hear about the flood situation, hope it doesn't worsen.

We're not a million miles away in Warrington, and our front garden is VERY water logged and our lead flashing around the chimney stack has come away, with rainwater being blown into the loft, and onto our heads in bed in the room below last night! My parents the other side of Caernarfon have flooded too.

Hope everyone is ok out there.
