Who are you talking to about it? Powerflex are up for making custom stuff, and actually its fairly easy to make your own if you can make the moulds.

Powerflex is expensive.
I have a friend who has been making bushes for C4 chassis, and is happy to do a set for D2 front. These would be same stifness/hardness as OEM rubber bushes.
