I use Furniture Clinic Mould Remover, a soft brush, and Quantum upholstery cleaner.

Spray the mould remover lightly on to the surface and let it work for 10-15 minutes, then wipe off with a damp microfibre and spray the upholstery cleaner lightly as well. Work that in with the brush, and then wipe off with another damp microfiber.

This works on leather, vinyl, and headliner fabric but I haven't tried it on alcantara. With the headliner one has to take great care not to make it wet or use too much pressure as otherwise the foam backing will be damaged and either leave a mark or the fabric can sag. Headliners are pretty unpleasant to deal with tbh since they're delicate and upside down.
