HAHA yes, love it!. That is the output for the air, the pipe would follow around the compressor to the side (in the picture, it traces to your right) connects internally with a T piece, the rubber hose from your car will connect to part of the T piece.
I have spoken to Audi, and I can get it to you for £980 - so basically the same price as Singh 
I forgot to ask whether you can get the pipe seperately. I would ask them why they removed it, and how and whether it is damaged?
