I'm afraid the UK and NO rules are not the same, even if our MOT rules comes from the EU.
Checklist cotains 150 checkpoints and in regards to the headlights, it's enough for the control (freak) person to look at the yellow-aged plastic lens/cover and say this is not the way it should look.
Have removed them now in order to work some magic with all sorts of stuff found in my garag e
