National Autoglass have been terrible getting the new glass and telling lies. They hadn't even ordered it after a week. I cancelled the claim in the end got my £85 excess back and bought one from the forum sponsors for a lot less. Fitted in under an hour, which included spending quite some time cleaning the seals with glyphosate and sticking new plastic patches over the broken glass to stop it chewing the seals as I lowered the glass to access the two screws holding it to the elevator. The glass comes out easily without removing the frame - I have no idea why the AUDIPDF says to remove the door mirror and frame to get the glass out and then go through a three page procedure to realign the frame!
