Default Info: Hidden Green Menu on very early firmware
After using VCDS to activate the Hidden Green Menu as part of a firmware upgrade exercise (from P0065) I was surprised that MENU + CAR didn't show the HGM. After testing other options I finally found that TONE + CAR worked. MENU + CAR then worked after the first upgrade (to 612).
