As you have found, you're marketing to a tough audience on here. Most already have a car, don't need another car, and know *exactly* what to look out for.
Options wise from your list, the extras this car seems to have:
Sunroof upgraded to solar
TV Tuner (Presumably inop due to digital switchover)
Bose
Xenon headlights upgraded to Xenon plus
Everything else was standard kit on that year, including autodimming mirrors all round.
There was never a massage seat option available on a D2.
It is low mileage, and looks tidy enough, but Cat D + Ally car = bad news. Ally is specialist material to work on, and if not done 100% perfect, it will corrode and go bad.
30% drop in price is a good indicator of where to be on a Cat D, So £3.5K does really seem to be the ball park. Although it didn't sell on ebay at that, so, perhaps still overpriced....
Nobody here is trying to buy your car, knock you down and rip you off - Just offering genuine advice from our observations of the market.
Consider that the number of people actively shopping for a D2 is minimal.
The number of those looking for the expense of an S8, less still.
Of those, the ones that are going to settle for an older, non final-edition or at least 20" wheels etc, fewer still.
And of those, the ones that are going to pay top dollar regardless of the Cat D. Well, Nil probably.....
Great maintenance records will help sell the car for its worth. It won't increase the value. Poor or missing maintenance will decrease the value.
If you want top dollar for it, advertise far and wide and be patient.
If you want a quick sale, drop the price
