Mikkijayne - yes I had read that too in some of the articles. This does confuse me a little then. I'm not sure if he has scanned and cleared any fault codes. Perhaps if this was done it may allow him to select the suspensions options which a re currently greyed out.
What particularly annoys me is the car went in totally fine and now I'm having to spend a lot of time seeking solutions.
