Pretty certain my 12V electrical system enables coasting with the engine effectively switched off (zero fuel)!
I assume that the alternator starter can actually propel the car lightly if it's already moving in certain circumstances? Otherwise that quote makes no sense!
Nice to see the starter and alternator finally combined onto one unit (Hillman Imp "Dynastart" anyone?).
