Ollie, Johmed & Tony, thank you guys

Paddles are fairly easy to change.
Remove the air by undoing two bolts at the back, pulling it out and disconnecting one connector.
Disconnect paddles which are directly plugged in into each steering buttons.
Slide out both steering wheel buttons to expose torx screw for each paddle.
Undo each screw and that's paddles out.
Next push the long securing pin and you will end up with paddle in one hand and base with microswitch in the other.
New paddle in, secure it with the pin and assemble the steering wheel back in reverse order
