The i5 is definitely the better choice in these, as is an upgrade to a solid state disk if you can get one (corporate hard drives tend to get shredded rather than wiped so resellers will probably be fitting replacement drives to them). i7 versions exist but carry a price premium, but the i5 is entirely capable for everyday use. They'll take 16GB ram too which is a bonus for W10, but are quite picky about which modules they use so check that carefully if you're looking to upgrade.
