Good morning.
It seems to be a cut in the optic fiber loop, by any reason, the loop is open.
If I remember well, you were changing the full interior of the car. I assume that you dismantled the CD changer / Audi AMI modules. Try to start by there, maybe you forgot to connect the fiber optics connector.
