Started putting the interior back together. It had the remnants of an old Nokia car kit, so pulled the tunnel sides to remove all that.

The wires for the shifter postion light have become detatched 'somehow'
If there's one thing I'm not short of, its auto shifters so that's easy enough to fix.
Noticed a loose penny sitting down by the shifter! Poked it down under the sound deadening and then retrieved it from the footwell
This is the first D2 I've had in the workshop which has an intact starter junction box. Leave that alone for a change
