A while ago, when we first started mining with the AMD RX 480 cards, I conducted a number of tests, adjusting GPU/memory speed and voltages using Wattman. I haven't performed any similar tests with nVidia cards, so I don't know if they would be any different, but what I concluded was that the only worthwhile adjustment is a slight reduction in GPU clock speed. Anything else seemed to provide no beneficial results or caused instability.
