its interesting as a garden building or office Ainars but I would struggle to take it too seriously as a permanent building. Its basically expanded polystyrene which is light but has no great thermal mass which means it will lose heat more rapidly in the winter and possibly be warm in the summer - like other types of thin walled temporary style buildings. you would therefore need to line it with phase change material for example to try and take the edge off the overheat and help it cool, or store heat in the winter and release it during the day.

Are you sure about the prices? $3300 dollars seems awfully cheap - less than 1/10th of the price quoted on the youtube video comments and then you have to pay to get the whole thing transported here and erected / connected up.

Planning wise in some cases you may well get it classified as a temporary garden building type structure assuming you don't exceed rules on maximum floor area and distance from the boundary etc
