In front and back of each track you have plastic end caps, remove them, 8 in total just for the front seats.
Under neath you will find spline head bolts.
Tilt seat backwards to gain access to electrical connections - 3 in total for each loom.
Trim around the bottom with the control buttons.
From the back edge and half way thru, undo 2x torx little black screws in order to gain access to the seat belt's fixing point - no bolts, just press a piece of metal latch and slide it out.
Done

Rear
Pull the sitting part up, tuck your fingers under neath the front, no bolts.
Don't pull to far as there are wires and connectors under neath the seat.
Tilt it and unplug all the connectors and thats the bottom part out.
Top part.
Underneaths you will find 16mm and 17mm bolts, undo them.
Pull the middle headrest up and you will find two more bolts behind.
Top part is ready to pull up and you are done.
Surprisingly the top part is very heavy.
