Final update.
Thank you very much for providing the great link. I have successfully replaced vacuum bars today. A pretty easy job with below tool and also when following the above write-up. You need some patience to get the flaps back in the place. One of the pivots was seised, so it took me a bit of time to get it out..
The job took about 95 min while 30min I was only trying to get the inside flap bars back into the grove
