The fault with mine is only when the engine is hot and only occasionally it sounds like the battery is flat or the starter motor is faulty or a bad earth or connection somewhere. Only does it sometimes so difficult to diagnose. So for the sake of a few pounds it's worth changing the relays.

Can you please confirm that all 3 relays are in the same location? do you mean under the steering column?
