I also just answered my own conundrum, about the shock absorbers. I only assume the front arms are done so I'll just leave them! They can be done separately anyway, so I'll only buy the back ones. I'm torture with this kind of thing, if I go poking at something I'll find all sorts wrong and demand that it be fixed when it's probably got miles left in it.
