That's how mine were. One or both cats were rattling, getting progressively worse for a few months until I managed to find someone who could make a new exhaust for me. I didn't think the old cats would be worth much but
this place paid me £220 for the pair. I dropped the old cats off and, after a quick inspection, they transferred the funds to my bank account there and then. One thing to note though is that they initially said they'd pay "at least £50" for the cats and that it might be more depending on the part numbers. Once the cats were removed and I was able to give them the part numbers, they upped their offer. I suspect some earlier cats contain a lesser amount of precious metals.
