No issues as long as both batteries are healthy and similar. You don't want a battery on it's last legs together with a new battery. It might be OK but I would not risk bad battery dragging the good one down. Also calcium, silver, AGM batteries seem to have a bit higher voltage so paired with plain lead battery they would charge/discharge at different rates.
