I'm getting seriously tempted to do this swap on mine if a suitable roof comes up - being a bit retarded on this front I want a post 2001 panel so it's 'right' for the year of the car, even though it makes no functional difference at all 
Ian - is there a list of bits or at least some pics of what you need from a scrap car?
