So what you are saying is that I should delete the EGR in software only and don't care about the swirl flaps before they fail completely. Also cleaning out the intake duct and swirl flap housing is a waste of time?

Reason I'm asking is that I did an acceleration test with VCDS connected after the tune, and 0-100 km/h was slower than stock factory data by 0.4 seconds...
