OK, so that sort of throws my idea that all D3s '46' coding must be the same apart from if you have rear side blinds, out the window 
0004861 rings a bell though, I'm sure I've seen it as that before when I was turning the locking confirmation beep on which changed is to 0005885, so will try that.
