I'd have tw4tted him too for tying that bungee cord to the luggage rack of a GL1800.
Granted there aren't many other places to attach anything to unless he had a trailer hook attached, but he's asking for trouble trying to pull something from that metal rack screwed into the flimsy plastic lid. That guy shouldn't be let loose near a decent car or a decent bike. As an aside, I do like the way the Grim Reaper on the moped in the background is looking on intently, but then starts to ride off when he realises he hasn't got another victim. But stops again when he realises that he might just get a second chance if the bloke gets tw4tted hard enough
