Both should be ok but the first doesnt meet VW507 which is the longlife standard but does state that it meets extended service interval up to 40k k.

Mannol are not listed on a Audi Tech Service Bulletin regarding oils of 2011 (there may well be a later bulletin) which lists products which meet their various standards but it seems that Mannol products are manufactured by SCT Lubricants in Lithuania to meet Mannol (and International) standards.

I have generally used Quantum Longlife or Platinum (the latter on the basis that I do my own oil changes every year - which is about 8k miles for me). However, Halfords were doing a deal on oils a few weeks back and their fully synthetic oil (which meet 502.00 and 505.00) was about £12 IIRC for 4 ltrs and so i got 8 ltrs for my next annual change.
As long as what you use meets the standards and you change it accordingly then it should be OK.

Phoned TPS a few weeks ago for the price of 20L Quantum LongLife and was told it was £78.00 or there abouts...Went in the next week for my 20L and the price jumped up to £96.00 so queried it and was told it was on promotion the week before... Needed it so I had to stump up. On the other hand the oil filter was excellent value at half the price of my Mercedes oil filter, half the price of the Subaru oil filter, quarter the price of the Range Rover filter and half the price of a Mini filter... No I don't get it either

Not sure what the schooling is like in the Aylesbury area but Maths isn't the vendors strong point. More like £3.00 per litre

2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation". (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!
Finally: gone, but not forgotten.....
1998 D2 PF S8. Agate Grey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, Tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)
1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon. Added Auto-dim mirror, Leather seats, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer.
And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

The advert says "APPROVED BY VOLKSWAGEN/MERCEDES/BMW" but it is not on the approved by VW list.
It is probably OK, but I have never heard of it. It is not commonly available here. Don't you need 507.00 spec?
I think Opie Oils deliver to NI at standard rate...and free over £50 so if you buy http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60131-gu...-mercedes.aspx
Use checkout code TSMSPORT for 10% off.
