Oh happy days...... on the autobahn of course. Not especially impressive by today's standards & vehicles, but pretty good considering what the vehicle is (and that is literally 'pegged')

The engine is quite well modified, and will rev to 7000 rpm rather than the 'lazy' 5250rpm as standard. (the suspension had subtle mods like Spax, then Koni adjustable coilovers too)
The enigmatic Spike Anderson, of Samuri fame (whom I dealt with on numerous ocasions) was responsible for a fair amount of the tuning work That was taken on the autobahn on my way to Yugoslavia via the Julian Alps at Podkoren, just before (days) it all kicked off. Happy Days....
