What can they take? 4.2 TDI

Got the 6 speed tiptronic on my 4.2 TDI.

What power can these boxes take? Want to get a remap soon and don't want too overload the box or something.

Not sure what they're rated for, but mine has been remapped for about 6 months and seems quite happy.

It's not power you need to worry about, it's torque.

Not sure on the exact figures, but it's the Shark stage 1 map, so around 380hp, possibly more as it had a DPF removal at the same time.

I want a custom map dpf and cat removal. Maybe a silencer too
