Used FE 20" Alloys..... would you ?

Guys,

Would you personally buy a set of these and if you would how much do you think they are worth ?

I have been offered these and because Ive been looking for so long I was going to overlook my initial concerns and buy them, but there is one thing that really annoys me, and would like everyones thoughts....... the alloys have been refurbished and would look good from a distance but if you zoom in and look at the outer radius of the rim between the spokes it has been pitted and then painted over without any decent preparation. So again your thought on this one as I have to move quick if I want them. Just not sure !

Tyres are Nexen, two as new and two around the 4-5mm mark.
