Its 4H0035503A or 4H0035503B depending on when the car was built.
Theres a few of them on Ebay etc. but a new one makes more sense if its a known issue.
It is originally made by Blaupunkt, it may be possible to get it directly from them.

I did try and get on from Blaupunkt but Audi was the only place that stocked them, must be common fail as they were on the shelf in the local stealer.

Thanks Joe and Duffy, I will chase a part down. Alreayd had one quote for just over £150 but hopefully find one for less than that.
