Thanks again guys!
David, condolences accepted

S8 is in lovely colour. Simply stunning. Would love to have car in that colour.
However, S8 has freaking high RPM on motorways and it won't work for me unfortunately.

I have connected with 3.7 seller in Edinburgh.
The car has got rare glass sunroof. Never seen one on RHD UK-based car.
Maybe I'll go to Scotland to see that example.
Rear bumper was scuffed in the area of leftmost sensor followed by dodgy repair.
Bumpers are no longer available from Audi. Asked if owner has got picture of the scuff before the repair.
It looks like seller kind of collects cars from 90s era in his large garage, so he's selling now on eBay also a nice Jag and a Lexus LS400 as well.

Those are the right wheels on the red S8 - not all of them had the FE 20s, even that late My grey one came with 18s originally.

Also, the price is about right based on recent similarly rare examples with such low mileage. Hopefully we're seeing prices start to rise again for the best of the breed given how few are left

I should be popping up to Edinburgh in about 4 weeks. If you haven't had chance to see it before then I could check it out for you and take some photographs.

Didn't really mean wrong in the real sense, just wrong for me

It's my pre-occupation with 3.7 since it'll have low 2000 rpm on motorways.
I've had that same car for 9+ years and it'll be too hard to accept that I now have 3000 rpm on motorway

I also always considered this car as a cherished long distance cruiser limo and not as a 'sport' car.

Showing my ignorance here, but was the glass sunroof 'rare'?

Nice to see it shares the same issue as mine, the perished grommet on the right side of the boot. Other than that, a lovely example.

Thank you for your kind offer Mark.
The pictures are now coming from Jordan, current owner.

Its *my* ignorance! I thought it is. But I maybe wrong.

Yes, perished grommet in boot water scuttle area is the 1st thing I noticed. Interestingly, owner was unaware of it!

I could probably take a look at the Edinburgh one for you as a first step, my old mum is in hospital in Edinburgh at the moment so popping over fairly regularly. On holiday at the moment but get back on Sunday
