Default Ghost in the electrics?

Driving into my wifes work the other day over some rumble strips and the interior lights started flickering as I was coming to a halt I simply switched the engine off and noticed both my indicator signal lamps where stuck on as where all my indicators

The Mrs jumps in the car, I try to start it and notice that a relay is going of its head in the passengers footwell and the car wont start, also noticed the alarm light was on in the dash
Any way disconected the battery and the car started but the relay(s) where still doing there dinger, managed to get home and noticed the central locking isn't working

Any idea's guy's

Ps Going to sue the Mrs work

Or in the footwell where the relays are?

If it's central locking unit the leak could be through the aerial. If it's the footwell, it's blocked drains

The relays in the footwell are bone dry,
as for the central locking unit it is also dry, was wondering if it could be an earth strap that has maybe broke driving over the pot holed road
