I got the same response, After waiting near a week and sending logs. I think more just to know if I had a genuine cable.. I did.

I'm happy with the ride hight. Just very dissatisfied with the lift on it, but then it's not true air suspension like the D3 it's kind of a hybrid between DRC with air assisted lift ...
Wish I could programme it to have serious off road capabilities in lift mode as I did with my D3 for the winter in Germany! But alas the lift remains a poor 20mm lift for rough roads not snow ploughing. In my D3 dynamic was low, auto was 20mm lift, comfort was a further 20mm, and lift was a further 50mm fully maxing out the struts. This of course was for extreme conditions. In Germany it was great in the woodland where our cabin was. Wish I could do that on the D4 but altering the Driver select seems to have no affect on ride hight in the D4.
