I managed to reach behind the wheel with my iphone and got a picture of the bottom of the spring, it has 3 green marks in the picture I took.

I would certainly suggest replacing the pair - age and use can make supposed identical springs sit very differently so we always encourage a matching pair to be used. We do have several sets in and will be able to supply a pair that will work just fine for you if you havent already managed to get sorted.

Spoke to Carl at A8parts this morning, replacement pair of springs on their way. I have also scheduled the replacement at a local garage I have used a lot in the past.

Springs have arrived from A8 Parts, the garage fitting the springs are also ordering the upper and lower spring supports. Might as well change these as well, just in case especially whilst the springs are off.

Springs are now changed over, along with the top and bottom supports.
The spring when removed was not broken at all, so the only thing the guy changing the springs can think of is that had become weak or something as the car now sits level on both sides with the replacements fitted. Both the removed springs were, white, green, green, green so they were both the same rating. I'll monitor things for a while and see how they settle down.
