On the Bluetooth yes, if you have the UV glass that maybe a problem for phone signal.

However you can have multiple devices connected to the Wifi hotspot, that would then get data access through the SIM/Main Phone RSAP connection.

It is worth noting that the early cars (which I suspect the one linked above would be) will only connect at 2G speeds, which is painfully slow. You can have the mobile "radio" updated for ~£500 outside of the dealer network or a new 5F unit which will set you back approx £3,500 from a main dealer

Well, temptation was very strong today. I was all set to go view, with all likelihood of bringing it home.

Couple of phone calls however has put me off:

1) Audi record only 2 Audi services, back at 13K & 20K miles in 2011. So the one owner it had, has never, taken it to Audi. Not a good sign.

2) Dealer himself quite short and the most 'helpful' information he had to share was the price was utterly fixed so he can save me time by not bothering to view it. This after I simply asked for a few more details on the service history. I guess he's looking for that one person that is so excited about the spec nothing else matters. and if he hasn't hooked me, then its going to prove a very niche audience.

I think its a bloody high spec car, but only a few people (me) would really be very bothered about the ultra high spec kit, and majority of people will show concern over the high miles and lack of Audi history (rightly or wrongly)

Oh, and then there's the many acres of marmite brown to contend with. I'm all for as much moo as possible, but it does need to look (and sound to look) attractive.

So, whilst it is worth 20K to me, it more likely 17-18k to everyone else and that's a likely loss I'm just not prepared to roll with....

and to be honest, the D4 I've got is lovely and straight and wants for nothing which makes the whole concept of changing that little bit more daft.....

your right to leave it, dealer has no website, not much web presence at all, doesnt sound to friendly either, someone will probably take it eventually but the risks are too high

Agreed - reminds me of this poor car, reasonable spec but has been advertised for well over a year - having viewed it I know why It isn't the car!

I reached that conclusion on the way home tonight.

Getting that car would not improve my driving experience one jot.

It was literally all about whether the super-extended leather trims everywhere made it looks much better, or much worse
