The D2 is a legend, I couldn't even compare it with a D3/4. It's up there as one of the greatest Audi's ever made IMO.
Btw, nice car, Ian. Right engine, and as expected, good spec! Much better than the S5 cab idea. If you ever miss RS ownership, I've not even done 100 miles in mine this year, you're welcome to take for a blast.
