I'm familiar with Belbin's stuff Steven, I did a training course based around his principles with a group of colleagues a good few years ago, turns out I'm a completer/ finisher. It's a good quality when you're always wanting things to be correct, good, and proper, but not so good is the reluctance to delegate, because you always think you can do better. Not ideal for a manager or supervisor role, and also very tiring

In terms of the polishing I'm just dipping my toe in the water as it were. I've seen what can be done if it's done properly and I've always enjoyed cleaning cars (my second job after leaving school, did it for four years) so I think it's time to give it a go and progress a bit further than hand polishing.
