Default Error Code - MAF Sensor

If the car throws the MAF sensor it isn't always time to change it.

Remove the MAF sensor from the car by:

1) Removing Airbox lid (5 or 6 philips screws)
2) Undo the connector to the lid of the airbox
3) Loosen the jubilee clip holding the MAF sensor onto the intake pipe

The MAF sensor is in it's housing with Bosch imprinted on it.

Leaving the MAF sensor in the pipe section use half a can of Carb Cleaner to drench the sensor.

Leave to dry and refit.

This works for all MAF sensors as they sometimes just get a touch too dusty.
