MAF sensor on 4.2 TDI - part number?
hi,
after bit of troubleshooting and hunting for an issue on my 4.2 TDI i finally narrowed it down to the MAF... now as my vehicle has two of them [one on each side] could anyone point me to ETKA or similar to determine the part number so that i could order the 'right' part so to speak [as i'm not planning to spend £££'s via the std OE Audi route]? |

cheers mate... much appreciated.
Ordered 2 x them today and hope to have them fitted over the weekend... e.g. 2 x Denso's @ £100 vs 2 x Audi OE [Denso] @ £289.98 . 'To-do' list is vanishing and will get bored soon ... |

i have replaced two MAFs and just as i thought mission accomplished an issue had reappeared... albeit not as bad as it was before but very noticeable.
i unplug them one by one - car works perfectly [although as expected Check Engine came on]... connected them back an issue is back on. i have used original Denso MAF's which is the same as Audi OE part and i cannot figure what could be the problem here... unless part/s are faulty. Any suggestions? |
