Default Engine guard

Hi guys. Got a second hand under tray, it needs a good clean and also the sound deadening sponge thing is loose. What would you guys recommend as glue to fix it back to the guard? Obviously I will give it a good clean before hand with some TFR.

Contact adhesive should be able to stick the sponge back to the plastic. The spray kind would be easiest to use.
