Questions regarding extended leather
Hello all, I am purchasing a 2001 S8 here in the US, and extended leather is extremely rare here. My car has the black interior. Does anyone know of a source (other than Audi) for these parts? If not, in the opinions of this forum, would it be possible or worthwhile to have an upholstery shop manufacture a comparable set of coverings? Post pics and opinions of your extended leather package car please. Let me know if it's worth the hassle and headache. And as I said, if you know of a source for the parts, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. a good starting point would be http://www.a8parts.co.uk who are the sponsors of this forum - they break a huge number of A8s and S8s and have an ebay store which you can search for parts in the right colours to match what you have

IMHO extended leather absolutely transforms the feel of the interior. Particularly LOVE the alcantara headliner and parcel shelf - much more luxurious. Well worth it if you can source used. Only seen the leather full dash a couple of times....ver nice.

Been googling...
