Default Touch sensor on Door not working

The drivers door touch sensor is not working but everything else is.

Is it something that can be fixed or does it require the whole handle replacing.

Ufortuanety, it will need a new handle. The sensor is embedded into the handle, so faults with either the touch sensor or button cant be fixed.

If you have VCDS the are some binary bits in the measuring blocks that you can use to test,

Cheers for that I will have a look later on even just to learn VCDS a bit more

My driver door doesn't lock, just hit the back door button...problem solved

I have resorted to doing that a couple if times too, as the lock button has started acting up too, when i get back I'll get it fixed as it's covered under warrenty.
